Why does your company use technology company title?

Ah, it is a registration question, as you know, in China, network technology develop very fast, we think one day we  may expand our business in network technology, such as web site building, applet development, etc. so we register a network technology title.

Frankly, this title confused some new customers, but we think after visit our website and use our products, some customers will recognize us, afterall good products will win customers and market.

What is your advantage on products?

Firstly, I want to say that we are not big company, so we cherish every customer, do fast responds to them.

Secondly, also because of our cherishing, we supply good products to customers to help them win market, our nozzles are 100% testing with spray performance,

and we  do second checking for almost every stainless steel fittings with burrs inside, it is a heavy work but assurance the quality.

Thirdly, we usually do fast delivery to customers of our products.

Does your company supply whole system products of humidification system?

Actually we could supply various nozzles, pipes(PE/PA/Stainless steel pipe), connectting fittings, but we could not supply the water pump now.

We did develop water pump in past, but we found ours did not have advantage in the market, then we cut off the water pump.

Shortly, we supply all products in the humidification system, except the water pump.

How do I choose a misting nozzle?

Choosing the right misting nozzle depends on your specific needs, system setup, and environmental conditions.

  1. Application

    Cooling: Opt for high-pressure nozzles (500–1,500 PSI) producing droplets 10–30 microns for rapid evaporation.

    Humidification (greenhouses, nurseries): Medium-pressure nozzles (250–500 PSI) with 30–50 micron droplets to avoid over-saturation.

    Dust Suppression: Ultra-fine mist (5–20 microns) at high pressure to bind dust particles.

    Decorative Misting: Low-pressure nozzles (20–100 PSI) for visible mist with minimal water use.

   2.Pressure Compatibility

    Low-Pressure Systems (20–250 PSI): Brass or plastic nozzles work well (e.g., garden hoses, basic misting kits).

    Medium-Pressure Systems (250–500 PSI): Brass or stainless steel nozzles.

    High-Pressure Systems (500–1,500+ PSI): Stainless steel or ceramic nozzles (durable under extreme pressure).

   3.Material

    Brass: Affordable and corrosion-resistant for low/medium pressure but prone to scaling in hard water.

    Stainless Steel: Durable, corrosion-proof, and ideal for high-pressure or harsh environments (saltwater, chemicals).

    By balancing these factors, you’ll optimize misting efficiency, minimize water waste, and extend nozzle lifespan. For most residential cooling, stainless steel high-pressure nozzles (500–1,000 PSI) strike the best balance of performance and durability.
